BBEC is wholly owned by Walt Barowka, Jeffrey Bonura, P.E., and Tony Bonura. All three partners are Louisiana residents. Our main office is located at 209 Canal Street in Metairie; we also have a satellite office located within the Jefferson Parish East Bank Administration (Yenni) Building. Tony Bonura and Walt Barowka originally formed bbec as a computer-consulting firm in 1993. bbec began offering to perform engineering in March of 1997 when Jeffrey Bonura, P.E. joined as a full partner in the firm. Since 1997 we have added two licensed civil engineers, two CAD/GIS specialists, two resident inspectors, five computer specialists, and the necessary administrative personnel to support our technical staff.
